Rate Schedules
RUMRELL LAW considers various ways to make sure you are paying a reasonable fee for the services. RUMRELL LAW tries to match the type of fee arrangements with the case and the client. Some cases are billed based on the time the lawyer spends on a file. This is called hourly billing. Other cases are decided from the outset with fixed fees. While even others are based on the outcome called contingent fees. These contingent fees are collected from a settlement or award.
