Lindsey C. Brock III has his primary practice in the Jacksonville, Florida office, but covers matters from our St. Augustine office as well. A native Kentuckian, he has lived in Jacksonville since 1978 and has practiced law in Jacksonville since joining the Florida Bar in 1993. He has an extensive background in admiralty and maritime law from his LL.M. in Admiralty from Tulane University in New Orleans, La. and has tried cases statewide from the Panhandle to the First Coast area of Florida. He is a frequent writer and lecturer on transportation and maritime topics.

Attilio M. Costabel, who heads the Miami, Florida office, is a native of Genoa, Italy, has over twenty-five (25) years of practicing law throughout Italy, and for a period of time served as a correspondent for the Lloyds Reporter in London, England. Costabel's legal guidance and experience include not only admiralty law and maritime litigation, but also commercial and maritime arbitration.

Richard G. Rumrell, who heads the Jacksonville & St. Augustine, Florida offices, with shareholder, Lindsey C. Brock III, is a Florida native with over twenty-five (25) years experience practicing law. Before founding this firm he served as a prosecutor with the Florida State Attorney's office and as a partner with the statewide firm of Smathers & Thompson. With an LL.M in Advanced Litigation from the Nottingham Law School in England and various Board Certifications as a Trial Lawyer and in the areas of maritime law and business litigation, he is a driving force in the firm's complex civil litigation practice.

Alfred C. Warrington, V, is a native of Georgia and has headed the Gainesville/Alachua, Florida office since August 1999. Before starting that office he was Counsel to LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, where he was a resident in that firm's London, England and Jacksonville, Florida offices. His practice emphasizes the needs of domestic and international insurers in insurance and reinsurance coverage litigation and ADR matters in Florida and elsewhere in the United States.
